Our consultation process involves two critical tasks - accurately determining the electrical load of the customer's dwelling/building and custom designing the PV array (as well as calculating its output). By doing this, we can look at options to minimize surpluses and deficits and optimize storing and re-using unavoidable excess.

We charge a fixed fee of €500 plus vat per consultation, with 50% (€250 plus vat) to be paid on commencement and the final 50% on completion.

We also ask all concerned for consent to share the data created by each project with others, where relevant.

We believe that clear communication and the transparent dissemination of knowledge is vital for continued, sustainable development of this sector.

Testimonials

"I was given Tim’s number as someone who would be able to help reboot the inverter on my solar panels. Despite Covid lockdown, Tim sent by post the required equipment (a small control box which needed plugged into a router and the mains) and talked me through what was required. He then liaised with the manufacturer online on my behalf and sorted out a reboot - a software upgrade as well as a full diagnostic check.

He was extremely helpful , patient and understanding as I’m not particularly technical."

"I had been referred to Tim, who was incredibly helpful at calling me back and advising on the many home PV array inverters on our estate that required rebooting. Given my electrical and energy related background, I wanted to see if it would be possible to get all of the homes generating again.
Tim was incredibly good to visit on a number of occasions, to help reset inverters and to provide guidance and instruction on the use of the envoy controller. It was then fairly straightforward for me to carry on Tim's work to get all the homes back up and generating again. The homeowners on the estate and I are very grateful for this help, as it offsets some of our energy consumption and helps the environment by reducing our carbon footprint.
The project has made the homeowners on the estate more energy and environmentally aware and they are delighted, that as a group they are contributing to lowering carbon dioxide emissions.
Tim has been vital in solving our problem and sets an example to all that are looking to improve their environment."
